From Bundles to Bold Moves: One Year Later

Session details:

Abstract:

As partnerships, bundles, and consolidation reshape the streaming landscape, the imperative for business leaders has shifted from simply aggregating value to strategically owning it. In this roundtable, we revisit last year’s conversation on convergence, but this time through the lens of sustainable differentiation. How do platforms and partners differentiate value in an increasingly converged landscape? In this session, senior technology and business leaders will explore the next phase of streaming strategy, including the role of personalized experiences, data‑driven partnerships, emerging monetization models, and the fine line between cooperation and competition. Attendees will walk away with frameworks for strategic differentiation beyond bundle economics toward sustainable growth in an era where alliances are table stakes and innovation wins attention and revenue.
