Nicholas Frazee is Co-Founder and CEO of IndiCue, a CTV engagement company that helps publishers build private-label tech platforms designed to integrate custom audiences with revenue optimization. A veteran ad-tech and digital media executive, he was previously Co-Founder and CRO of VideoByte (acquired by Kargo in 2023) and held leadership roles at SpringServe, Yahoo, and AOL. Frazee has built his career around advancing revenue strategy, media innovation, and platform development across emerging channels. He holds a BA from the University of Connecticut and lives in Colorado with his wife, daughter, and dog, where he is also an avid skier, pilot, and cyclist.
