Adam Hocek is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aecho, an AI company pioneering emotional intelligence through voice and multimodal analysis. With over two decades of experience in AI, machine learning, and communication technologies, Adam has built systems that decode human emotions, personality traits, and behaviors to make AI more empathetic and human-centric. He holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, co-authored "Definitive VoiceXML," and invented the first personal reading system for the visually impaired in 1988. His work spans emergency response systems, mental health applications, and recruitment technologies, with recognition from the U.S. EPA for innovative emergency notification systems.
