As Vice President of Strategy & Operations at HappyNest Entertainment, a kids and family entertainment company built to create enduring franchises for modern audiences, she leads company-wide strategy across growth, operations, and franchise development, where she oversees cross-functional initiatives in content, consumer products, marketing, and partnerships to drive audience growth and long-term enterprise value.
Fano has a track record of translating IP into scalable ecosystems with partnerships spanning Walmart, Amazon, Moonbug Entertainment, 11:11 Media, and Chuck E. Cheese, among others. Prior to HappyNest, she built her career across film, television, and marketing at Warner Bros., Sony Pictures Television, Management 360, and Stampede Ventures.
