With deep expertise in strategic partnerships, content monetization, and intellectual property governance, she has spent nearly a decade architecting the commercial and creative infrastructure that positions SHG as a world-class media company.

A dealmaker by training and a builder by instinct, Christel has led SHG's most consequential growth initiatives — expanding the company's footprint across digital platforms through high-impact distribution partnerships, AI-powered brand protection strategies, and next-generation content investments. Prior to SHG, Christel served as a Director at The Yucaipa Companies, one of Los Angeles' premier private equity firms, where she sourced, structured, and exited investments across real estate, hospitality, and consumer brands — and held interim operating leadership roles across the firm's portfolio companies

Christel serves on the board of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, where she chairs the Governance and HR Committee, and on the board of the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation — bringing an operator's experience and a board director's perspective to the intersection of media and enterprise growth.
