Chateau

Bio:

Daniel Rosen is the co-founder of Chateau, a venture studio that takes an operations-first approach to scaling journalist-creators into premiere independent media brands. Chateau partners with credentialed creators to build multi-platform businesses across subscriptions, live events, licensing, and JV ventures — not just brand deals.

Before founding Chateau, Daniel spent seven years at The Wall Street Journal as VP of Video & Audio Strategy, where he built WSJ Studios, launched The Journal podcast with Gimlet/Spotify, and sold the GameStop story to Netflix as Eat the Rich. Earlier, he led video strategy across Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Teen Vogue, and W at Condé Nast, and started his career at Fullscreen working directly with early YouTube creators.
