Daryl Bowden

Bio:

Daryl Bowden is Executive Vice President, Digital Platforms. In this role, Daryl leads the strategy, product innovation and technical execution of digital initiatives across FOX’s portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands, including FOX One, Fox Corporation’s wholly-owned direct to consumer streaming service.

Since joining FOX, Daryl has held a series of leadership positions spanning technology, product innovation and platform strategy. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in advancing FOX’s digital platforms, expanding its ability to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences to hundreds of millions of users across its digital properties. 

Previously, Daryl held technology leadership roles at FX Networks where he led the oversaw the launch of FXNOW, the development of the award-winning Simpsons World and the implementation of scalable API and Agile development frameworks that significantly accelerated product delivery and drove substantial growth in digital video consumption.

Earlier in his career, Daryl also led the West Coast technology hub for HUGE, Inc., where he directed technology engagements for major media brands including ABC, Disney and HBO and played a key role in the launch of HBO GO, one of the industry’s first programmer-owned streaming platforms.
