Client Engagement Lead
Bio:
Holly Leff-Pressman leads client engagement at Screen Engine/ASI, a leading market research firm specializing in content monetization, platform analytics, and evolving audience behavior across the streaming ecosystem. She advises studios, streamers, FAST platforms, and technology companies on content monetization, distribution strategy, consumer engagement, and emerging business models—including the implications of AI on the media industry.
A recognized leader in the evolution of on-demand and streaming distribution, Holly was an early entrant into the OTT and VOD space. After beginning her career as an entertainment attorney, she joined Viewer’s Choice Television, where she negotiated and oversaw licensing and distribution agreements for pay-per-view and early video-on-demand programming—well before streaming became mainstream. She later served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand at NBCUniversal, helping shape early digital distribution strategies, and as Executive Vice President at Nielsen, where she focused on content solutions and measurement innovation during the rise of streaming.
Holly moderates the Television Academy’s TV Executive Peer Circle, Navigating Change, convening senior media leaders and industry experts to discuss structural shifts across the media business. She also leads the TVOT Connect programming initiative alongside founder Tracey Swerdlow and serves as AI Legal Lead on the Television Academy’s Innovation Advisory Committee as well as a newly appointed member of its Advocacy Committee.
She was a CTAM Tami recipient, honored as a Cable TV Pioneer in 2018 and named one of MCN’s Wonder Women in 2023 for her leadership and contributions to the industry.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, pups, reading, running, and playing Pickleball/Paddleball.
