Jeff Shultz is Chief Executive Officer of Radial Entertainment, the Oaktree Capital–backed studio and distributor formed in 2025 from the merger of FilmRise and Shout! Studios. Radial operates the largest independent content library in streaming — more than 70,000 titles, premium franchises, and a growing slate of originals — across the full spectrum of platforms and partners, from its own 125-plus free, ad-supported channels to the world's leading subscription services.

Shultz is one of the key architects of the modern streaming business. As Chief Business Officer of Pluto TV, he helped build the platform that defined free, ad-supported television, culminating in its $340M acquisition by Viacom. He went on to serve as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Business Development Officer of Paramount Streaming, where he oversaw the launch and growth of Paramount+ to more than 70 million global subscribers and built Paramount's direct-to-consumer division to more than $7.5 billion in annual revenue.

At Radial, Shultz is applying that playbook to the next phase of streaming. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law.
