John Dixon

Bio:

As senior vice president of entertainment at Comcast, John Dixon leads strategy and innovation across Comcast’s entertainment portfolio, including content, products, services, and devices. With more than 25 years of experience in media and technology, John has been instrumental in shaping Comcast’s approach to streaming, sports, and next-generation entertainment experiences. He oversees initiatives such as the Xumo Stream Box and StreamStore, designed to simplify content discovery and enhance customer engagement.

Prior to his current role, John held several leadership positions at Comcast, including vice president of video and entertainment services and vice president of strategic development, where he drove growth across video, internet, mobile, and home security services. Before joining Comcast, he served in senior roles at AOL and began his career in brand management at H.J. Heinz.
