Bio:
Kyle Kaczmarek is a veteran media executive, distribution strategist, and digital entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience driving innovation in film, television, and streaming. As the Founder and CEO of Kaczmarek Digital Media Group (KDMG, Inc.), he leads one of the most agile and forward-looking content distribution companies in the independent entertainment space, focused on platform optimization, direct-to-consumer models, and new revenue generation across AVOD, SVOD, FAST, and cable VOD channels.
Kyle has been at the forefront of the digital evolution of entertainment—pioneering strategies to connect storytellers with audiences through technology, data, and access. Under his leadership, KDMG has secured countless direct distribution agreements with major platforms including but not limited to; Apple, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Tubi, Vudu, YouTube, Comcast Xfinity, and Charter Communications. This reach allows KDMG to serve as a trusted distribution partner for content owners, studios, producers, and global platforms seeking scalable and strategic pathways to market.
With a deep understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of entertainment, Kyle brings a rare blend of insight to his work—helping content creators not only reach global audiences, but monetize their IP more effectively through intelligent windowing, ad-based models, and direct platform relationships. His expertise spans licensing, contract negotiations, rights management, and multi-platform revenue optimization.
Prior to founding KDMG, Kyle held key leadership roles across top-tier companies, including Head of Business Development at Good Deed Entertainment, Vice President of Worldwide Sales at ContentBridge Systems, and Head of Digital Distribution at Echo Bridge Entertainment. He began his career at Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, where he played a role in launching early VOD and EST strategies during the industry's critical transition to digital formats.
Kyle holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Film Production from Ithaca College. He serves on the UO Executive MBA Alumni Board and is a frequent guest lecturer at institutions such as UCLA and Ithaca College, where he shares insights on digital distribution, entrepreneurship, and the evolving media landscape.
Outside of his executive work, Kyle is a 3rd-degree black belt (Sam Dan) and certified instructor in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan, a traditional Korean martial art. He recently completed the intensive Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa (master-level) training and serves as Chair of the Region 10 Dan Association. This lifelong practice mirrors his professional values: discipline, perseverance, and leadership through service.
