Louise Tapia is VP of Strategic Sales at Verbit, where she works with broadcasters, streamers, producers and content owners to implement AI-powered accessibility and localisation solutions at scale. Prior to joining Verbit, Louise was CEO and co-owner of Take 1, a leading media services company specialising in captioning, subtitling and localisation. She led the business through a period of significant international growth and its successful acquisition by Verbit.
With extensive experience across media, entertainment and technology, Louise has built and led high-performing global teams, driven strategic growth initiatives, and helped organisations navigate digital transformation. She is passionate about the role of AI in improving content accessibility and audience engagement, combining deep industry expertise with a customer-focused approach to innovation.
