Mike Gamboa

Bio:

Mike Gamboa is Sr. Director, Commercial Partnerships at Roku where he is responsible for strategic partnerships & new commercial relationships. Mike was one of the first members of Roku's platform team and helped grow the platform from zero to a multi-billion dollar business. Prior to his current role, he negotiated content distribution agreements with key partners on the platform and lead Roku's Partner growth function, responsible for content partner strategy, monetization & engagement. Mike joined Roku in 2011 and led finance/corporate development activity. He started his career working on M&A and equity transactions at Needham & Company, a global investment bank & asset management firm focused on growth technology companies.
