Richard Glosser is a seasoned executive who bridges operating leadership and financial advisory expertise across the media, technology, and sports industries. As Managing Director at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, he advises companies on strategic growth, capital formations, and M&A transactions, bringing a unique perspective shaped by three decades as both a corporate operator and investment banker.
With deep experience in television, streaming, and technology, Richard combines strategic vision with executional discipline across finance, content, production, software, and go-to-market strategy. He previously served as Head of Business Development at Verance, advancing next-generation watermarking and data technologies for interactive fan engagement, audience measurement, and addressable TV. As SVP of Corporate Development and Digital at CSTV (now CBS Sports Network), he helped integrate digital innovation into broadcast sports and drive new revenue models.
Earlier, Richard held senior operating roles as the founder of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s digital division and leader of Condé Nast’s digital video efforts, he led partnerships with major platforms including YouTube, Apple, Adobe, and Verizon. As founder of Hilltop Digital, he has advised premier clients such as ABC News, Alphonso/LG Ads, Spot X /Magnite, and ION Media.
