Bio:
Zoe Hilden is a founding partner of Hilden Scarton LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in digital media, live sports, and technology transactions. Previously, she spent seven years as co-head of the NBA’s media legal team, negotiating deals for the distribution of live games and content across platforms ranging from national networks and RSNs to cutting-edge VR environments, and managing all legal work for the League’s direct-to-consumer platform. Earlier in her career, Zoe held senior in-house roles at Altice USA and Time Warner Cable/Charter Communications, where she led major network renewals, advised on M&A strategy, and supported new product and technology launches.
