Carlos F. Hernandez, Vice President of Technical Operations at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, has been a transformative force in the media supply chain, leveraging cloud infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, and scalable streaming solutions. With 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, including 17 years at Viacom International Media Networks Americas, Carlos has overseen operations in metadata governance, language operations, media management, transmission, and digital platforms. His leadership has driven innovation across Telemundo’s streaming ecosystem, enhancing content delivery, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.

Passionate about contributing to the next generation, Carlos serves on the Advisory Board of the New York City chapter of BUILD, a national nonprofit organization that empowers youth with entrepreneurship skills to become CEOs of their own lives. He holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, a Pocket MBA from Boston University, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Rutgers University.
