Hamed Nasseri is Senior Vice President of Global Streaming Business Development at TelevisaUnivision, leading content distribution, business development and licensing for an expansive portfolio of news, entertainment and sports programming available across TelevisaUnivision’s leading broadcast and cable networks, and DTC services including ViX, the largest Spanish-language streaming platform in the world. Working in partnership with pay TV, OEM, mobile, SVOD, OTT and social distribution platforms, he has established a track record of significantly expanding product reach and generating revenue through long-term strategic deals.
Before joining TelevisaUnivision in 2016, Nasseri held Director positions in Digital Video Distribution and Affiliate Sales and Marketing at The Walt Disney Company Disney and ESPN Media Networks. In his roles, he negotiated and managed content partnerships, developed new distribution channels and led company initiatives with emerging platforms. Prior to that, he held several positions at Disney ABC Cable Networks Group, negotiating complex distribution agreements across the Disney, ABC and ESPN portfolio of broadcast, kids, and sports content.
