Over the past 20+ years, I've led global revenue operations across SaaS, media tech, AdTech, and data monetization; from early-stage startups to publicly traded enterprises. Today, as Chief Revenue Officer at Operative, I oversee global revenue across sales, marketing, and professional services spanning 20+ media markets worldwide.

My work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technology, and organizational leadership. I've built and scaled high-performing teams and negotiated complex multi-year agreements with the world's leading media and broadcast companies. Operative is the #1 reseller of Google Ad Manager 360 in North America, a position we earned through disciplined execution and deep client partnership.

I'm particularly focused on the role of AI and automation in transforming how media companies manage and monetize their revenue operations. A three-time product award winner for AI innovation in advertising automation (NAB 2024, 2025 & IBC 2024), I believe the next decade of media will be defined by those who can operationalize intelligence at scale.

Beyond the day-to-day, I invest in the broader industry conversation. I've published 70+ articles on advertising technology and media monetization, and I regularly speak at and host global summits, including the INVIEW AI Summit, GameOn Sports Summit, Stream TV, and Future of TV Australia. I've also contributed to the IAB Global Privacy Working Group and ANA Ethics & Government committees.
