Tom Schultz is a streaming technology and platform innovation leader supporting advanced engineering initiatives across Paramount+, and Pluto TV. Focused on solving some of the industry’s most difficult streaming performance and scalability challenges, he works at the intersection of connected TV architecture, playback optimization, UX performance, and next-generation OTT experiences.
Through Paramount Skunk Works, Tom Schultz has helped drive experimental, high-performance streaming initiatives designed to improve navigation speed, rendering efficiency, scalability, and real-world playback reliability across Smart TVs, gaming consoles, and streaming devices. This work includes modular playback architecture, virtual navigation systems, composable UI layers, FAST platform innovation, and performance-first engineering strategies built for modern streaming audiences.
