Vivian Yin is a multi-award-winning producer and well-respected veteran in global media as well as the culture & entertainment industry with immense experience in business development, worldwide production, distribution, syndication and digital entertainment --an entertainment IP expert with de- cades of experience and knowhow in 360 IP planning and development, global franchising, licensing and merchandising. The Hollywood Reporter named Yin as one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Global Television. She is a general board member of FRAPA (format rights and protection association), Spike Asia juror, Cannes Lions juror, Asian Academy Creative Awards China Ambassador, frequent speaker at entertainment industry forums, in China and abroad.
Yin' s professional trajectory includes her latest role as Vice President & Chief Culture Content Officer, and General Manager of Global IP Collaboration, of Fuson Tourism Group; former CEO of Fremantle China, Chief Representative of Star China and Senior Vice President of Canxing Production --China' s No. 1 production powerhouse. She also served as Director and Producer of Shanghai Media Group (SMG).
During her three years with Fosun Tourism Group (FT- G:HK01992), Yin oversaw the culture & entertainment division and was the P&L owner of two entities with products ranging from theatrical shows, location-based entertainment and special events & festivals at all resorts and destinations within FTG. Highlights included the successful launch of a residential ice show Aurora at the largest snow-ski dome in eastern China, and Sanya' s most popular 3D theatrical program, C Show, at Atlantis, which won the Best Immersive Experience of The Year (2021) - the China Culture & Tourism Award. During the last 18 months with FTG, Yin was designated to drive the key strategy of the entire group as General Manager of Global IP Collaboration. Scouting and establishing relationships with more than two hundred innovative IPs from North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, she successfully introduced several of them into China.
